I had a partial knee replacement last year and Alex got me going really quickly afterwards. This years replacement was more problematic with dislocation of the new knee 8 weeks post surgery.. Alex worked with me 3 times a week and set homework (& checked I did it!). My specialist can't believe the improvement in strength and straightness and said how impressed he was with what Alex had achieved in such a short time. Alex saved me having to have the whole operation again. I cannot recommend her enough especially for anyone post op, who carries an injury or just wants to work out. Brilliant!!! - Mandy B

She is reliable and extremely helpful with any issues you have along the way.
