My private studio in Norwich, UK provides a sanctury to work out in. Lot’s of people find gyms intimidating or simply find them overwhelming. Not wanting to spend money on a gym membership but also then a personal trainer on top of that.
In this space we can make sure your full focus is on you!
There is a running machine, rowing machine, weights, mats, trx and even a boxing bag. There is also a space outside for those beautiful summer months to get some fresh air too, again a private space.
