4 ingredient guilt free brownies!

4 ingredient healthy brownies 😍 

Who said brownies are off limits when you’re trying to be healthy?! I am a massive fan of making my favourite ‘unhealthy’ foods healthier, because I’m only human and even though I love what I eat day to day and I love the way ‘healthy’ food makes me feel I also do get cravings and have a sweet tooth. So these healthy brownies are perfect, they’re guilt free and SO delicious!💖 I have one as a snack or for dessert and it instantly curbs my sweet tooth and takes away any cravings I have!!

Ingredients-

🔸3 small bananas or 2 big ones
🔹115g Almond butter/ or a nut butter of your choice 
🔸2 tbsp cacao powder 
🔹1 and a half scoops of chocolate protein powder (can use protein powder of your choice) 

Method-

🔹Pre heat the oven at 180 degrees 
🔸Blend all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl until smooth 
🔹 You can either separate the mixture into cupcake paper cases and put them in a cupcake baking tray OR put all of the mixture in a cake tin/ small baking tray and slice once cooked (I used cupcake paper cases and made 12 brownies) 
🔸Put them in the oven and bake for 15 minutes (or until a skewer/knife comes out of the brownies clean) 
🔹 When they’re ready take them out of the oven, let them cool... and then EAT AND ENJOY!!
